How do I register for your classes?
All prenatal and mom-and-baby classes are drop-in. Pre-registration
is not necessary. Pre-registration for yoga and fitness classes
is mandatory if you are using the Ella Childcare and must
be done by 4PM on the day before the class. You can pre-register
in person or by phone as far in advance as you wish.
What is your refund policy?
Sweat passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. There
will be no credit or refund issued for unused Sweat passes.
What do I do if I don’t use up my passes before
my due date or before I go back to work?
There is no expiry on Sweat passes.
I didn’t use up all my Sweat passes, can I redeem
them in Ella retail or an Ella education program?
Sweat passes are non-transferable to Ella retail or education
programs. There is no expiry so if you don’t use them
up, you can always keep them for future use.
What should I bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing to class. Indoor running shoes are
mandatory for all fitness classes. Ella will provide all necessary
props and equipment. Clients are welcome to bring their own
yoga mat if they wish. For all mom and baby fitness classes,
clients may bring a baby carrier if they wish.
When should I start prenatal fitness?
Ella strongly recommends that clients get authorization from
the Doctor or Midwife before starting any prenatal yoga or
fitness.
When can I return after baby?

the Doctor or Midwife before starting any postnatal yoga or
fitness.

CHILDCARE
How do I register?
Pre-registration for Ella Childcare is mandatory. All drop-in
and drop-off childcare bookings must be made by 4PM the day
before. Registration can be made up to two weeks in advance
for single sessions. Parents can register by calling Ella
at 416.425.6500.
Can I pre-register for more than one childcare session
at a time?
Childcare sessions can be guaranteed for up to 12 consecutive
weeks each term through pre-paid, non-refundable registration.
What is your Childcare cancellation policy?
Ella requires 24 cancellation notice for all childcare bookings.
The full fee will be charged for childcare bookings cancelled
on the same day. No exceptions. There are no refunds or transfers
on pre-paid semester bookings for childcare.
What is your policy on sick children?
Ella reserves the right to send home children who are ill
(please see our childcare policies/procedures for more details.)
What are the qualifications of your Childcare staff?
Ella has carefully screened the staff in the childare room.
All staff have either ECE, ECA or extensive experience with
babies and young children. Beyond training and experience,
we look for staff who exude a genuine passion and sensitivity
for those babies and children in their care. All staff are
First Aid and CPR certification.

What is your refund policy?
A full refund will be made within 14 days of purchase with
receipt. A retail credit note will be issued for returns up
to 60 days after purchase. No refund/credit note without receipt. |
