How do I register for your classes?
You can register by calling Ella at 416.425.6500. Payment must be made in full upon booking and is non-refundable. Space is limited, so we recommend registering early to reserve your place. Find out more about our special savings with the optional Ella membership click here. All class and service fees are subject to GST. Childcare is exempt.

What if I would like to cancel the series I have
enrolled in?
Registration is non-refundable. A credit for use in other Ella Learn classes will be issued workshops and series cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. No credits will be issued for cancellations made under 48 hours before the first class or once the series has started.

What if Ella cancels a class?
Ella reserves the right to cancel classes with full reimbursement. Ella has many very specialized educators for whom backup is hard to find. We try our very best to find replacements but under extenuating circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule a class if teachers are unable to make the class for reasons beyond their control.

Do you offer make-up classes?
With the exception of WeeHands, Ella does not offer make-up classes except in except in the event that we have to cancel class due to bad weather or teacher absence.

Can my baby come with me to class?
Babies are welcome in the Ella New Parent Package and all parent-and-tot programs. For all other classes, babies 6 weeks and under are permitted in class. Ella offers onsite childcare close by for all other babies.

What is your twin policy
Twins can participate in an Ella program for the price of one with the exception of the Ella Music with Your Baby class. Second siblings get 50% off regular price in Ella Childcare.

Do you have any classes that I can bring more than
one child?
Most of Ella classes are age-range specific. If both your children fit within the age-range, Ella does offer a sibling discount of 25% off.

CircleSing is a multi-age family program. Newborns under 6 months attend free. Second siblings older than 6 months receive 25% OFF.

Can my husband come to the classes?
Absolutely. Ella Childbirth Education classes, partners are encouraged to attend. The cost of the Ella Childbirth Education workshops includes partners. Fathers are encouraged to bring their children to any parent-and-tot program. For all other workshops, fathers are welcome to attend.

How do I book a massage at Ella?
All massage appointments may be booked by calling Ella at 416.425.6500.

What is your cancellation policy?
For missed appointments without 24 hours notice, the full fee will be charged (no exceptions).

Can I book childcare with my massage?
Childcare is available at certain timeslots during the week. Clients must pre-register for a childcare spot at the same time as they book their massage.

What if I decide not to bring my child with me?
If you have pre-registered for a childcare space during your massage, the 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to cancel without 24 hours notice, the full childcare fee will be added to the cost of your massage.

How do I register for your classes?
All prenatal and mom-and-baby classes are drop-in. Pre-registration is not necessary. Pre-registration for yoga and fitness classes is mandatory if you are using the Ella Childcare and must be done by 4PM on the day before the class. You can pre-register in person or by phone as far in advance as you wish.

What is your refund policy?
Sweat passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. There will be no credit or refund issued for unused Sweat passes.

What do I do if I don’t use up my passes before my due date or before I go back to work?
There is no expiry on Sweat passes.

I didn’t use up all my Sweat passes, can I redeem them in Ella retail or an Ella education program?
Sweat passes are non-transferable to Ella retail or education programs. There is no expiry so if you don’t use them up, you can always keep them for future use.

What should I bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing to class. Indoor running shoes are mandatory for all fitness classes. Ella will provide all necessary props and equipment. Clients are welcome to bring their own yoga mat if they wish. For all mom and baby fitness classes, clients may bring a baby carrier if they wish.

When should I start prenatal fitness?
Ella strongly recommends that clients get authorization from the Doctor or Midwife before starting any prenatal yoga or fitness.

When can I return after baby?

CHILDCARE

How do I register?
Pre-registration for Ella Childcare is mandatory. All drop-in and drop-off childcare bookings must be made by 4PM the day before. Registration can be made up to two weeks in advance for single sessions. Parents can register by calling Ella at 416.425.6500.

Can I pre-register for more than one childcare
session at a time?
Childcare sessions can be guaranteed for up to 12 consecutive weeks each term through pre-paid, non-refundable registration.

What is your Childcare cancellation policy?
Ella requires 24 cancellation notice for all childcare bookings. The full fee will be charged for childcare bookings cancelled on the same day. No exceptions. There are no refunds or transfers on pre-paid semester bookings for childcare.

What is your policy on sick children?
Ella reserves the right to send home children who are ill (please see our childcare policies/procedures for more details.)

What are the qualifications of your Childcare staff?
Ella has carefully screened the staff in the childare room. All staff have either ECE, ECA or extensive experience with babies and young children. Beyond training and experience, we look for staff who exude a genuine passion and sensitivity for those babies and children in their care. All staff are First Aid and CPR certification.

What is your refund policy?
A full refund will be made within 14 days of purchase with receipt. A retail credit note will be issued for returns up to 60 days after purchase. No refund/credit note without receipt.
